Position Information: Quality inspector is responsible for inspecting and overseeing production to ensure the quality standards are met. This position plays a key role in the growth of the company and advocates quality products. Responsibilities: • Understand quality standards for all products. • Perform hourly audits on product. • Communicate effectively with others. • Record and report defects to appropriate personnel. • Remove products that do not meet quality standards. • Place non-conforming products on hold. • Recommend strategies or tools to help improve quality. • Ensure quality procedures are followed. • Coach others on best practice for producing products that meet company quality standards. • Any other duties assigned. Non-Technical Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Works well with others. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand or sit for entire shift. • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
