Equipment Sanitation Technician3rd shift – Watertown, WI Hours: 9:30pm – 6:00am (end time will vary) M-F, with weekend work expected Position Overview:The Sanitation Technician will effectively clean and sanitize production equipment every night while following all required safety protocols for personal safety and chemical usage. Responsibilities:· Prepare facility equipment for cleaning by locking out machinery and covering all electrical equipment with plastic· Use cleaning and sanitizing chemicals· Rinse, foam, scrub, and sanitize production equipment ensuring that all areas meet USDA standards of acceptability· Conduct environmental and bioluminescence swabbing· Wipe condensation· Must be able to complete sanitation documentation paperwork accurately· Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner· Comply with GMPs and safety rules at all times· Be able to perform and rotate through several job areas within the plant· Ability to work between 8 and 11 hour nights depending on workload along with rotating weekend days, as neede
