Rate of Pay: 19.83 DaysHours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm, OT as neededBenefits: Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, 401KJob SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving incoming materials, organizing inventory, and preparing finished HVAC products and parts for shipment. This role supports production by ensuring materials are accurately tracked, staged, and delivered throughout the facility while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling before placing into inventory
Pick, stage, and deliver materials and parts to production areas based on manufacturing schedules
Prepare finished products and customer orders for shipment using shipping software and documentation systems
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate inventory shortages or shipping delays to supervisors and production teams
Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
Follow company safety policies and use PPE when required
