Production Helper Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Production Helper supports manufacturing operations by assisting with general production tasks, material handling, and maintaining workflow on the production floor. This role helps ensure products are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
Load and unload materials and finished products
Assemble, sort, label, or package products
Inspect materials and finished goods for quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform basic housekeeping and equipment cleaning
Meet daily production goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 25–50 pounds
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or warehouse setting
May involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
