Shop floor management & manpower handling.
Continual Improvement to minimize break down maintenance.
Ensuring all safety aspects in plant
Ensure maximum utilization of all machinery with full efficiency.
Maintain smooth functioning of different hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
List out the Critical equipment /machines/utilities and ensured that they are qualified and validated.
Control, check & supervise operators’ activities on shop floor working.
Lead and manage the resources to achieve the vision, values and targets set by management from time to time.,
Plan, Schedule, Execute and closely Monitor, Preventive Maintenance of all the production machines/equipment including Utilities and ensure all of them are in satisfactory working condition.
