Picking and Packing Associate Picking and Packing Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures timely, efficient, and correct fulfillment of products while maintaining quality and safety standards within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment. Order Picking:
Use pick sheets, scanners, or handheld devices to locate items in the warehouse.
Accurately select items based on order details (SKU, quantity, size, color, etc.).
Confirm product matches and ensure items are in good condition.
Use manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) to retrieve items.
