Monitor the process of the canning systems so that product quality is guaranteed and package integrity is assured. Duties and Responsibilities: Parter with Quality Assurance, executing and supporting all quality programs that ensure the production of Safe, Quality Foods.Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of assigned equipment on the canning line. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and of Company assets.Request products and materials to assure that the Business Unit goals and customer orders are achieved in a timely fashion.Complete assigned paperwork daily. Document all required operational checks. Maintain accurate records and logs as required.Preform proper sanitation and line observation.
