Assembly Worker – 1st Shift We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components or products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts or products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products for defects or quality issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality
Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products, as needed
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
Follow all safety and company policies and procedures
