Job Summary
As a Metal Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our metal fabrication and manufacturing processes. Your expertise in specialized finishing techniques will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed polishing, buffing, and plating of metal components and assemblies
- Operate specialized equipment and tools to achieve desired finishes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Metal Finisher or in a similar metal fabrication role
- Proficient in the use of polishing, buffing, and plating equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Familiarity with metal finishing techniques and quality control processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Working Conditions
This position involves working in an industrial manufacturing setting, with exposure to various metal working tools and equipment. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a safe and organized manner.
Compensation and Benefits
$20-22 per hour *Depending on Experience*
