This role supports production efficiency, food safety, and quality standards while working on a team during second shift operations.Key Responsibilities
Assemble food products such as meat, cheese, fruit, and snack trays on a production line
Package finished products into containers, boxes, and pallets for shipment
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before distribution
Operate basic production equipment such as conveyors, sealing machines, and depositors
Load materials and supplies onto the production line as needed
Maintain production speed to meet daily quotas and deadlines
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA, and FDA food safety guidelines
Keep work areas clean and sanitized to meet food safety standards
Assist with labeling, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow
