Job Description

Job Duties

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
Keep accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems.
Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report damaged products or equipment issues.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (typically preferred).
Warehouse experience is helpful but not always required.
Forklift certification may be required or preferred for forklift-specific positions.
Basic computer and scanner skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.
Work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
