We are seeking an Experienced Swiss Setup Technician to set up, troubleshoot, and support production on Swiss-style CNC machines in a high-precision manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
Set up Swiss-style CNC machines including tooling, guides, and offsets
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Perform first-piece inspections and adjust as needed
Troubleshoot setup and machining issues
Optimize setups for quality, efficiency, and repeatability
Support production operators during runs
Requirements:
3+ years of Swiss-style CNC setup experience
Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and Swiss processes
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
