Job Summary Operate pan-handling equipment and prepare baking pans for production while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment. Key Responsibilities
Operate pan stackers, unstackers, aligners, and other pan-handling equipment.
Stack, unstack, load, and unload baking pans on the production line.
Inspect pans for cleanliness and damage before use.
Maintain a continuous flow of pans to support production.
Monitor equipment for proper operation and report mechanical issues.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, SQF, and food safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean and sanitary.
Assist with production tasks as assigned.
Work safely while meeting production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but often not required.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or various shifts as needed.
