 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Electrical troubleshooting experience: 480V 3-phase, PLCs, VFDs, and contro! panels a plus ability to weld (MIG/stick) preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; must read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 75 Ibs, work at heights, and perform tasks in confined spaces
• Available for on-call coverage and overtime as needed
